A few years ago after the close left-hand-side neighbors to Octavian Academy demolished their building, Principal Carol wanted to ad a barn, small pasture, and riding ring to the campus. She bought the blank land next to hers, then added in a large riding ring (lined with pristine glossy light-colored wood railing), a semi-big pasture, and three barns.
