This is a new website, and I plan to go far with it. I hope that it will be very successful, and, eventually, gain lots of members.
To make all of this happen, i will need some help. that's where staff comes in.
The point of the staff is not to have people who will make normal members feel inferior, smaller, or not a good as them. No, I've seen websites with a team of staff like that, and that's just simply not how it's going to work around here.
I want staff, simply for the benefit of the forum. Here are pretty much most of the tasks that I expect staff to do:

I want staff, simply for the benefit of the forum. Here are pretty much most of the tasks that I expect staff to do:
- I expect global mods to help new members. Doing things like helping them around the site, explaining the plot, making sure they have read and understand the rules;that kind of thing. They're job is very important to the site. I really would like new members to feel welcome.
- I expect mods to keep an eye on the forum, mainly. Make sure that members are following the simple rules like posting at least 175 words, respecting others, making sure no one is god-modeling. Mainly just the in character things
- I expect Co. Admins to do big jobs. Things like sorting out OOC fights, helping me out with things, making sure people are using the form when joining, that kind of stuff. They have more to do than any of the other staff members. They also have to help me make the skins and logos for each season, as well as keep an eye on the cbox, make sure there's no bullying going on, and making sure no one is posing as staff.
Even though I have a form to apply for Co. Admins, available right away, usually I will want someone to work their way up, rather than immediately becoming a Co. Admin. I have to trust them first; get to know them .
I will never hire anyone as an Admin. The highest you can get is Co. Admin
